Wigan and Leigh Christmas Markets

DESCRIPTION

The Wigan and Leigh Markets are supported by the local council. Councilor David Molyneux, Wigan Council’s cabinet member for regeneration, said: “Festive markets are the perfect place for people to get in the Christmas mood.

“Residents from the borough and further afield will enjoy tasting the delightful festive foods and sipping a glass of mulled wine on a crisp winter evening. It will also be a great place to pick up that special Christmas gift.

The support from the local council demonstrates the dedication to bring communities together to celebrate festive season. The people of Wigan and Leigh will no longer feel the need travel to larger cities to get the festive experience, as magical Christmas markets now decorate the local streets.

I would like to thank you for the the market here in Katrineholm. We were very happy and satisfied with the result and all residents have appreciated this enormously. What fantastic weather we had and incredible food eaten.  Hope to see you again next year – we would love to welcome you back!

Yours Sincerely,
Ebba Eriksson
