Landlords

We have a wealth of experience in providing market and events activities in partnership with property companies from small individual property owners to large institutional landlords.

Indoor Markets

Under our Market Village brand, we operate indoor markets within shopping malls. These markets are typically around 20,000 sq ft and provide landlords with thirty to fifty retail offers which would be otherwise unsustainable in their malls. Other sizes will be considered.

We are happy to enter into institutional leases, typically of fifteen years term. However more recently and in our spirit of partnership we are entering into leases with a bias towards profit share rather than cyclical rent review. Landlords find this to be more attractive in the longer term.

If you are seeking a shorter term solution of say five to ten years, then we provide a market operation under a management agreement for an agreed base fee plus profit share.

Please use the contact form us to explore your options and the services we can provide to fulfill your individual requirements.

Outdoor Markets

Are you considering how to make best use of external space which could be generating short term or sustainable long-term income?

We can help with an informal assessment of your requirements and advise you whether an external market could be successfully established.

If you decide to proceed we will advise on all technical and legislative aspects as well as customer demand and undertake trader recruitment from our comprehensive database of retained partner traders.

Market Events

Are you seeking to deliver a one-off event, maybe a themed food or artisan market?

Speak to us and we will tailor your event to your specific requirements, be it an International Street Market, a Food and Drink Festival or an antiques fayre. We can help to put your location on the map and attract a wider consumer base.

Independent benchmarking has shown that Market Days increase footfall by up to 35%. Can you really afford not to consider a market offer?

LOCAL AUTHORITES

Geraud UK Limited operates over twenty local authority markets and these include Traditional Markets, Charter Markets, Wholesale Markets, Craft Markets, Antique Markets and Sunday Markets.

market TRADERS

We build very long term relationships with our market traders, founded upon mutual respect. Our traders are typically self-employed sole traders or owner-managed family businesses for which we provide numerous trading opportunities.

I would like to thank you for the the market here in Katrineholm. We were very happy and satisfied with the result and all residents have appreciated this enormously. What fantastic weather we had and incredible food eaten.  Hope to see you again next year – we would love to welcome you back!
Ebba Eriksson

Yours Sincerely,
Ebba Eriksson
