We are happy to enter into institutional leases, typically of fifteen years term. However more recently and in our spirit of partnership we are entering into leases with a bias towards profit share rather than cyclical rent review. Landlords find this to be more attractive in the longer term.
If you are seeking a shorter term solution of say five to ten years, then we provide a market operation under a management agreement for an agreed base fee plus profit share.
